Soozi Jones Walker

Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM, SIOR has been involved in real estate since 1979. She is a principle in Commercial America Properties,  in Maitland Florida and President and Broker of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services. She actively specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail space, as well as the sale of investment properties. 

She obtained her Certified Commercial Investment Designation (CCIM) in 1991, and served as president of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter for three different terms. In 2003, she was awarded the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors designation (SIOR) and served as President of the Nevada SIOR Chapter in 2012 and Treasurer for five years.

Soozi is the past President of Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV).  She has served in many positions within the Realtor family at the local, state and national levels. Additionally, she currently serves on several national committees for the CCIM Institute including; 2017 Chair of Governance and 2017 Chair of Education. She was the 2015 Presidential Liaison for the CCIM president and also serves on the board of directors.   She is  the National Association of Realtors® 2020 Chair for the Commercial Research Committee and was the 2018 National Association of Realtors® Chair of Commercial Economic Issues and Trends Forum.

In 2002, Soozi became a national ABR instructor for the National Association of Realtors and a Senior International CCIM instructor for the CCIM Institute.  On a local level, she was rated by students as “Instructor of the Year” seven times. She was named as the CCIM Intro Instructor of the Year twice. She served 10 years on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada was also the Chairman of the Board Development committee. She is a past Real Estate Commissioner appointed by the Governor of Nevada and additionally acts as an expert witness periodically for various attorneys in Clark County, Nevada.  She has been recognized as a “Woman of Achievement in Land and Real Estate Development” by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, was awarded in 2013 Member of the Year by Commercial Alliance and named, Nevada Woman of Distinction in 2014. Over the past 34 years she has consistently been one of the top agents for performance in Clark County, and continues to strive for excellence.
